Stephen Highley

• Stephen Highley is one of MSI founding Directors. Prior to the formation of MSI he worked with a London based consultancy company as Director of the Healthcare Division. His career originally started in the retail and FMCG sector before moving into healthcare working for Baxter Healthcare. During his tenure with Baxter he held various sales and marketing positions across the different sectors of their business.

  He has held the post of Managing Director of The MSI Consultancy since its formation in 1994. Stephen splits his time between managing MSI and leading the more challenging consultancy assignments that clients come to MSI for. He has developed a reputation over the years for providing insightful yet pragmatic consultancy solutions for MSI healthcare clients. He specialises in Strategy Development, Organisation Modelling and Structure Development, Strategic Marketing Planning and Process Introduction, Strategic Research in Market Insights, Segmentation and Positioning, Software and Business Support Systems.
