Phil Stubington

• Phil Stubington is a Board Director at RS Consulting, appointed to the Board in 1996, having joined RS in 1986. Phil has designed and successfully implemented projects of considerable originality which have won him client acclaim. More recently Phil has concentrated on RS Consulting’s work in the IT sector and is the account director responsible for the company’s key business with Hewlett-Packard (HP). In the past couple of years, Phil has been responsible for the delivery of an increasing number of assignments aimed at helping clients maximise revenue from a maturing customer base for technology products. These have included a number of brand-price elasticity studies and a growing focus on customer loyalty issues and understanding why decision makers change brands.
