Cello Academy

• The Cello Academy is a vital means of creating a strong group culture and a commitment to Powerful Realisation for clients.

  Now in its sixth year, Cello Academy offers high fliers courses in leadership and business development and offers MasterClasses in commercial excellence, business consulting and negotiation skills.

  To date over 100 employees with the Group have studied with the Cello Academy which has encouraged personal growth, inspired career development and led to new promotions to Board level.

  The Academy is something many within the Group aspire to attending and it is an additional incentive for new recruits to join us.

  Given the importance of talent management we have also created a Cello Graduate Forum and in 2010 Cello operating businesses recruited 28 graduates trainees. The Graduate Forum provides a mechanism for networking and training.
