Partnership

• Because strategic advice is central to all we do, we have chosen to adopt the partnership structure as the means of developing and managing the Group.

  Out of a total of 700 staff, the Cello Partnership Group consists of 9 Managing Partners who are responsible for leading major brand groups, 27 Partners who form the day to day leadership of our operating companies and 43 Associates who are our cadre of future leaders.

  Partners and Associates are elected each year based on their contributions to business management, client development and subject expertise and thought leadership. Many Associates are alumni of the Cello Academy.
